SANEXT Ltd. is the only Russian manufacturer of the new generation 5-layer polymeric pipes SANEXT PEX//EVOH//PEX for indoor engineering systems: central and autonomous radiator heating, floor heating, snow-melting systems and surface heating, hot and cold water supply systems.
The second key direction of the company activities is manufacture of polymeric pipes for outdoor drinking pressure water supply systems and gas pipelines: SANEXT HDPE (marked “ПНД”) and SANEXT “Gas” pipes.

SANEXT pipes are manufactured on the EU last generation extrusive equipment that has no Russian analogs. The up-to-date automatic control system supervises the process allowing the flexible control of the every production line part and monitoring of the manufactured pipe parameters in real time. The production facility is manned by highly skilled personnel trained at the equipment manufacturer’s training center.
The SANEXT QUALITY SYSTEM meets the highest requirements of the global standards.
The production facility has a special laboratory equipped with the EU last generation monitoring and measuring equipment.

The laboratory technicians perform quality assessment and monitoring of the raw materials and the product. Based on the examinations, the SANEXT quality certificate is issued for every consignment of pipes, to be given to the customer with the shipping documentation.
The persistent quality control of the manufactured pipe key parameters is carried out in compliance with the requirements of the Russian Federation Standards (GOST) from first day of production.
The production level and quality consistency of the SANEXT products are highly evaluated by certifying authorities of the “CONSTRUCTION QUALITY CENTER” of the RF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COMMITTEE, which certified the SANEXT products.

SANEXT Ltd. has the Certificate of Quality Management System Conformity. This is to certify that the Quality Management System of SANEXT Ltd. has been assessed and found to be in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 in respect of development, manufacture and sales of polymeric pipes for water-supply and heating systems, gas pipes.
