SANEXT “Warm floor” pipes are manufactured according to the new technology and conform to the requirements of GOST-R 52134-2003. They are specially designed for use in the floor heating, surface heating and snow-melting systems. The SANEXT “Warm floor” pipes are rated for the operating temperature +70ºC and the operating pressure 7.1 BAR. Under the actual operating conditions of floor-heating systems (the heat-carrying agent temperature +40ºC ÷ +50ºC) the operating life of SANEXT “Warm floor” pipes is well above 50 years.
- The SANEXT “Warm floor” pipes possess a number of advantages:
- They are highly flexible and conveniently form floor heating loops.
- The SANEXT “Warm floor” pipes have the oxygen barrier property well above the requirements of SNIP 41-01-2003, prescribing to use in the heating systems the pipes with the oxygen barrier property below 0.1 g/m3 per 24 hours.
- The anti-diffusion barrier layer is positioned inside the pipe structure; it is protected from mechanical damage during assembly, it is not damaged (does not crack during thermal expansion) under the influence of moisture and low temperature in snow-melting systems, as opposed to the pipes with the outer EVAL layer.
- The SANEXT “Warm floor” pipes possess low sound conductivity due to five-layer structure.
- Their multi-layer structure has higher bending resistance, as compared to the single-layer pipe.
- They have longer operating life due to the unique qualities of their material.
- The SANEXT “Warm floor” pipes do not split under temperature drop unlike metal-plastic pipes containing an aluminum layer that has a lower linear thermal expansion coefficient.
- Unlike brass pipes, the assembly of the SANEXT “Warm floor” pipes system does not require heavy and cumbersome tools, and is much faster. Besides, the cost of the SANEXT “Warm floor” pipes system is much lower.
