The SANEXT PEX//EVOH//PEX universal pipes are the last generation multi-layer polymeric pipes specially designed for use in central radiator heating systems, hot and cold water supply, as well as surface-heating and snow-melting systems. The pipes are made of cross-linking polyethylene of the world leading manufacturers. The pipes conform to GOST-R (State Standard of the Russian Federation) 52134-2003. They are supplied in coils of 50, 100, 200 m and in sections of 6 or 12 m.
The SANEXT PEX//EVOH//PEX pipes are rated for operating temperature of +90ºC with the possibility to raise the temperature to +110ºC for a shot period (up to 24 hours) and operating pressure of 6-10 BAR.

The SANEXT PEX//EVOH//PEX pipes are rated for operating temperature of +90ºC with the possibility to raise the temperature to +110ºC for a shot period (up to 24 hours) and operating pressure of 6-10 BAR
SANEXT PEX//EVOH//PEX pipes possess a number of advantages as compared to metal or metal-plastic pipes or pipes made of other types of plastic:
- The SANEXT PEX//EVOH//PEX pipes, equipped with anti-diffusion barrier EVOH, meet the requirements of SNIP 41-01-2003, prescribing to use in the heating systems the pipes with the oxygen barrier property below 0.1 g/m3 per 24 hours.
- The barrier layer EVOH is positioned between the PEX layers, which protects it from mechanical damage during assembly and from the negative impact of moisture, as compared to PEX pipes with the outer EVOH layer (EVAL PEX).
- These pipes are ideal for concealed pipelines, which improves room design options.
- Elasticity of the SANEXT pipes material decreases the hydraulic shock by 3 times, as compared to steel pipes.
- Unlike metal-plastic pipes, the SANEXT PEX//EVOH//PEX pipes do not split when exposed to temperature changes across the freezing point, because all the five layers of the SANEXT pipes have the same linear thermal expansion coefficient.
- The SANEXT PEX//EVOH//PEX are more elastic as compared to metal pipes. Due to this, system assembly is much easier.
- The SANEXT PEX//EVOH//PEX pipes are much lighter than the metal pipes, and assembly techniques are much simpler and easier even in a confined space – assembly does not take a lot of time and effort.
- Pipes are not occluded because of corrosion, which means capacity is not decreased and water is delivered in sufficient quantity to all parts of the system.

The SANEXT fittings are designed for joining the SANEXT PEX//EVOH//PEX pipes (16x2.2, 20x2.8, 25x3.5) while assembly of the indoor pressure hot and cold water supply systems, radiator heating, snow-melting systems.
The SANEXT fittings contact with drinking or heating water during their usage. With relatively soft water, actively forming mineral salines, the standard brass alloys are subject to zinc ablation, resulting in corrosion. The SANEXT fittings are made of a special brass alloy that is resistant to zinc ablation, i.e., not subject to corrosion. The SANEXT brass fittings are resistant to cracking caused by the internal stresses.
The press-fittings make permanent connections. Currently, this type of connection is the most reliable and is ideal for concealed pipelines, including monolithed into concrete. The assembly of press-fitting connection requires from the worker certain skills of handling with special tools, but it practically eliminates the connection fault or mistake (loose connection).
The connection is performed through centered press-fitting of a sleeve on a pre-expanded pipe end put on the nipple of the fitting. The press-sleeve is moved on the pipe, thus compressing it to the fitting nipple, ensuring reliable connection between the pipe and the fitting.
The additional strength of the connection between the pipe and the fitting is ensured by the special feature of SANEXT PEX//EVOH//PEX and SANEXT “Warm floor” pipes material, namely the molecular memory effect, that causes the expanded pipe to return to its origin condition (shrink onto the fitting nipple) and safely swage the fitting nipple.
SANEXT Ltd. supplies all other components and parts for water supply system.
